Deleting your data

You can erase your Dimarkass account and everything in it yourself, in the app, without asking us. Effective 2 September 2026.

Delete everything

  1. Sign in and open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The purge runs immediately and cannot be undone.

What that removes

  • Your profile and business details.
  • Your stored platform credentials for Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Shopify.
  • Your conversations with the assistant.
  • Your uploaded documents and every search chunk derived from them.
  • Your campaign assets — uploaded images, scraped product photos and generated ad creatives — including the image files themselves, not only the records pointing at them.
  • Your cached metrics, alerts and audit reports.
  • Your guardrail settings and your audit trail.
  • Your login itself, so the account can no longer sign in.

What it does not touch

Campaigns, ad sets and ads that were created in your own Google Ads or Meta ad accounts belong to those accounts, not to us, and stay exactly as they were. Deleting your Dimarkass account does not pause live advertising. If you want your ads stopped, pause them on the platform — before or after deleting here.

Revoking our access on the platform side is separate and worth doing too: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta under Business settings for the system user or app you granted.

Disconnecting one platform instead

If you only want a single integration gone, open Profile → Connections and disconnect it. That deletes the stored credential for that platform right away and keeps the rest of your account intact.

Asking us to do it

Write to nicolas.mendez.gonzalez@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject Data deletion request. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. If you cannot sign in, say so and we will verify you another way before erasing anything.

Residual copies

Deletion is immediate in the live system. Encrypted backups held by our hosting providers may retain copies for a short period before rotating out; those backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.
